Lake Fairfax Business Center

A team led by EYA is reimagining a portion of Reston’s Lake Fairfax Business Center to bring new residences to the community. The proposed community will transform this under-utilized office campus, leveraging the property’s unique size and location to create a complementary new neighborhood that fits well with the surrounding community in scale and use.

Bringing this vision to fruition requires planning approvals, including a comprehensive plan amendment (SSPA), rezoning, and Conceptual Development Plan and Final Development Plan (CDP/FDP). As part of the 12+ month approvals process, EYA values community engagement and transparency.
